Short version: We stand behind our content completely. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. But if there's a delivery failure or genuine technical issue, we resolve it via email — no questions asked.
All products sold by EmpireSHIP are digital downloads. Once a download link is accessed and the file is downloaded, the sale is final. This is standard practice for all digital product businesses and is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provisions for digital goods.
We cannot offer refunds on the basis of "change of mind", "didn't have time to read it", or "results weren't what I expected", as the intellectual property has already been delivered.

If you bought our system, implemented it, and something isn't working as described — reach out before giving up. We offer personal troubleshooting support via email. Many "failures" are implementation issues we can resolve quickly over email.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with documented proof of delivery. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.
Our commitment: If you implement what's inside EmpireSHIP and it doesn't work, tell us. We will personally audit your setup for free and help you fix it.
