Refund Policy

Short version: We stand behind our content completely. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. But if there's a delivery failure or genuine technical issue, we resolve it via email — no questions asked.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All products sold by EmpireSHIP are digital downloads. Once a download link is accessed and the file is downloaded, the sale is final. This is standard practice for all digital product businesses and is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provisions for digital goods.

We cannot offer refunds on the basis of "change of mind", "didn't have time to read it", or "results weren't what I expected", as the intellectual property has already been delivered.

2. When We Will Help You — No Questions Asked

There are situations where we will fully resolve your issue at no cost to you:

  • Download link not received — If your download email didn't arrive within 10 minutes of payment, contact us immediately and we will resend it
  • Corrupted or incomplete file — If the file you downloaded is damaged or cannot be opened, we replace it instantly
  • Wrong product delivered — If you received a different product than what you ordered, we correct it immediately
  • Duplicate payment — If you were charged twice for the same order, the second charge is refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
  • Technical delivery failure — If our system failed to deliver and we cannot resend the file, we issue a full refund

3. Implementation Support

If you bought our system, implemented it, and something isn't working as described — reach out before giving up. We offer personal troubleshooting support via email. Many "failures" are implementation issues we can resolve quickly over email.

4. How to Request Support

Email us at hello@empireship.in with:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout
  • The specific issue you're facing
  • A screenshot if applicable

We respond within 48 business hours (Mon–Sat).

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with documented proof of delivery. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.

Our commitment: If you implement what's inside EmpireSHIP and it doesn't work, tell us. We will personally audit your setup for free and help you fix it.
